Finally understand

You started earning real money. Now what? Three structured sessions to help you understand where it goes, decide where you want it to go, and build a monthly plan you can actually follow.

Session One

We look at where things actually stand. No judgement, just clarity about your current financial picture.

Session Two

We define goals that fit your real life, not a lifestyle you saw on Instagram. Practical, honest, yours.

Session Three

You leave with a concrete monthly allocation plan you can open, check, and adjust any time.

What This Is

A program for people who earn well but feel financially adrift

You got the job. The salary looks decent on paper. But somehow there is never quite enough left at the end of the month, and you are not sure whether to save, invest, pay down debt, or just enjoy it while you can.

This program does not manage your money. It does not sell you financial products. It does not invest on your behalf. What it does is give you the structure, the vocabulary, and the personal plan to make your own informed decisions with confidence.

Three sessions, each with a clear purpose and concrete output
Designed specifically for the Croatian financial context
No products sold, no commissions, no conflicts of interest
You walk away with a plan you built yourself, that you understand

The Structure

Three conversations. One clear plan.

Each session builds on the previous one. By the end, you have something tangible to work with every month.

01

Understanding Your Current State

We map out your income, your fixed costs, your variable spending, and your existing financial commitments. Most people are surprised by what they find. That surprise is useful. It is the starting point for everything that follows.

02

Setting Goals That Belong to You

Travel, an apartment, paying off a loan, building a cushion for emergencies. We work through what actually matters to you and translate those things into a time horizon and a rough monthly number. Not what you should want. What you actually want.

03

Building Your Monthly Allocation Plan

The final session produces a written allocation framework. How much goes where, when, and why. It is specific enough to follow and flexible enough to adjust as your life changes. You own it completely.

Who This Is For

Professionals between 25 and 35 who just started earning seriously

Maybe you just got a significant raise. Maybe you switched to a better-paying role. Maybe you simply realized that your salary has been decent for a while and you have nothing to show for it. Any of those situations is a good reason to be here.

This is not for people who already have a financial advisor and a diversified portfolio. It is for people who are starting from scratch with their financial thinking and want to do it properly from the beginning.

What You Gain

Clarity in four areas that actually matter

Full Financial Visibility

You will know exactly what comes in, what goes out, and what is left. Not approximately. Exactly. That visibility alone changes how you make decisions.

A Direction That Is Actually Yours

Not goals copied from a personal finance influencer. Goals that reflect your values, your timeline, and your actual circumstances in Croatia right now.

A Monthly Plan You Can Follow

The allocation framework you leave with is simple enough to check in five minutes each month and specific enough to actually guide your behavior.

Financial Vocabulary That Sticks

After three sessions you understand the concepts well enough to read about personal finance, evaluate options, and have informed conversations about money.

Ready to Start

Three sessions. One plan. Yours to keep.

The first session is a conversation about where you are right now. No preparation needed, no documents to bring. Just show up.

What this program is not

Knowing what something is not is often as important as knowing what it is.

Not Investment Management

We do not manage your money, open accounts on your behalf, or make investment decisions for you. That requires different licensing and a different kind of relationship.

Not Product Sales

We do not recommend specific financial products, insurance policies, or savings accounts. There is no commission involved. Our only interest is your understanding.

Not Financial Advice

This is an educational program. We help you build a framework for thinking about your money. The decisions remain yours, made with better information and clearer thinking.

Common Questions

Things people usually ask

No preparation is required for the first session. We start by talking through your situation in broad terms. If you want to bring bank statements or payslips, that is helpful but not necessary. The first conversation is about understanding your general picture, not auditing your accounts.
Each session runs approximately 90 minutes. The spacing between sessions is flexible and depends on your schedule. Many people find two to three weeks between sessions works well, giving time to reflect and gather any information discussed in the previous meeting.
No. This program is educational in nature. We discuss what different categories of financial decisions involve, including saving, investing, and debt repayment, but we do not make specific product recommendations or tell you which bank, fund, or instrument to use. That distinction is important and intentional.
Absolutely. Existing debt is part of the financial picture we work with. Understanding how your loan fits into your overall monthly budget, and thinking through the trade-offs between repayment speed and other financial goals, is a central part of what the program covers.
Sessions can be held in person at our Zagreb office on Lička ul. 33, or online via video call. The format is the same either way. Some people prefer the focus of an in-person meeting; others find the flexibility of online sessions easier to fit into a busy schedule.
After the third session you receive a written personal financial allocation plan. It shows how your monthly income is distributed across different categories: fixed costs, variable spending, short-term goals, and longer-term priorities. It is formatted so you can review and update it yourself each month without needing to return to us.

Where We Work

Based in Zagreb. Available wherever you are.

Our office is at Lička ul. 33 in Zagreb, a quiet space set up specifically for focused conversations. If you are outside Zagreb or simply prefer the convenience of a call, online sessions work just as well.

The program is designed for people living and working in Croatia. The examples, the numbers, and the context all reflect the Croatian financial reality rather than generic advice that could apply anywhere.
